Terms of Use
Last updated October 10, 2026
- The service. Knight Bot is self-hosted software. It runs an automated trading strategy on a BloFin account that you connect with your own API key. It runs in simulated (paper) mode until you turn on live trading yourself.
- Eligibility. You must be an adult with full legal capacity. You must be allowed by your local laws and by BloFin's terms to hold and trade the connected account. Do not use Knight Bot if you are in a jurisdiction that BloFin restricts, such as the United States.
- Your decision. You alone decide whether to connect a key and enable live trading. Turning on live trading means you accept the Risk Disclosure. Knight Bot does not give advice and does not manage money on your behalf. It only executes a published, mechanical strategy on an account you control.
- Your keys. Only provide trade-only API keys with withdrawals and transfers disabled. We may reject keys that look unsafe. You may revoke your key on BloFin at any time, and you should do so if you stop using Knight Bot.
- No warranty. The software is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranties of any kind. Uptime, order execution and results are not guaranteed.
- Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, fees or indirect damages. This includes losses caused by bugs, downtime, exchange issues or third parties.
- Acceptable use. Do not abuse, probe or overload the service, or use someone else's account or keys. We may suspend accounts or turn off live trading at any time.
- Data. We store your email, a hashed password, your encrypted API credentials, trade history and settings, only to run the service. We do not sell your data. Delete your key from the dashboard at any time. Contact the operator to delete your account.
- Changes. These terms and the strategy may change. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.
